The chart below identifies the actual results for a portfolio of six (6) properties in Southern
California. Data for the original budget/pro-forma has been provided by the parking companies
currently managing the garages. As seen below, the portfolio will experience modest revenue
growth over a three year period using the operator’s pro-forma. The revised budget/ pro-forma
has been prepared by The Parking Consultants and is in use today. As you can see, the
portfolio will experience dramatically higher revenue growth of nearly $10 Million in the same
period.
